"We met Allen about 6 months ago when we visited his training facility. Not only did Allen teach our dog Nemo basic obedience, but he helped us understand our new pet. We really appreciate his gentle, calm approach and it has been very effective for our golden retriever! We were amazed at how well Nemo responded to Allen, but more importantly Allen was able to teach us how to work with Nemo and the remote collar as well. Allen is always very helpful when we call him with questions and we attend most of his group classes. We recommend K-9 Direction Classes and the use of a remote collar to anyone who wants the very best for their dog!"

"When we decided to adopt a puppy, the first thing we did was to go to the library to read up on dogs and crates and potty training starting with Dogs for Dummies. When we initially brought our puppy home it was obvious that life as we knew it would not be the same. Caring for and raising a puppy is a big responsibility and we needed help. Luckily we were introduced to Alan Brown of K-9 Direction. We began with puppy class for Crackers and graduated into Obedience Class. It quickly became obvious to us that we were being trained as the handlers even more so than the training for Crackers, our dog. Our decision to work with Alan and K-9 Direction was truly life-changing. Crackers is not perfect but she is well-behaved and gets along tremendously with people and other dogs, and is very much part of our family. We could not have done this without K-9 Direction – thanks a bunch, Alan."
